About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sorting Supervisor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 15-20 employees in the sorting area, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills to motivate and maximize employee performance.
  • Plan and organize workflow, ensuring employees understand and perform their tasks effectively.
  • Set performance goals and deadlines in line with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor progress, multitasking to prepare and organize the sorting station, supervise activities, and ensure cleanliness and safe work methods.
  • Adapt quickly to changing business needs, working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership and organizational skills, with experience in supervising and managing employees.
  • Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
  • General computer skills, including Office365.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
