Payment Settlement Specialist

The Settlements Coordinator will be accountable for:
- Managing workflow to ensure timely payment processing and distribution of purchase contracts
- Reconciling grain receipts, identifying errors or omissions, and calculating payments based on settlement instructions
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports, including reconciliation reports for accounting month end close
- Accounting diploma and/or equivalent education or experience
- Strong algebra and problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and accounting systems, fluent in English with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities
