Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:
Mass Markets is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and upselling/cross-selling our services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Upsell/cross-sell our services to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a sales-driven environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
