Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Mass Markets. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Upsell and cross-sell products to customers
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Ability to work in a team environment
