Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient, courteous, and professional assistance to guests at all times
  • Maintain a high level of service and hospitality, ensuring that every guest interaction is positive and memorable
  • Respond promptly and effectively to guest concerns or issues, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Process guest charges, collect payments, and adhere to cash handling procedures as required by Concord Hospitality
  • Handle guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism
  • Stay knowledgeable about the hotel brand and various programs, including travel programs and special offers
  • Communicate effectively with various departments and management on guest comments and concerns
  • Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members needing front desk assistance
  • Have a thorough understanding of hotel safety and emergency procedures
