About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping Leadership Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring that their rooms are clean and comfortable, and anticipating their needs to exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure that all assigned guestrooms and public spaces are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards, adhering to our ALLSafe Stay Well Leading Quality Assurance and Accors brand standards.
  • Guest Services: Provide friendly, welcoming, and attentive service to external and internal guests, responding to their requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with Housekeeping leaders and other departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks and services.
  • Safety and Sanitation: Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures to prevent injury and maintain a healthy environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, and high levels of responsibility and reliability.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and shift work as scheduled.
What We Offer

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This role offers opportunities for career growth and development within our organization.
