Job Title: Housekeeper

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the hotel.
  • Cleaning and preparing guest rooms, including making beds, restocking linens, and replenishing amenities.
  • Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures throughout the hotel.
  • Vacuuming and mopping floors, as well as cleaning and disinfecting bathroom and kitchen areas.
  • Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team.
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required; however, experience is an asset.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • The ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
Benefits:
  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience.
