Job Title: Parts Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at West End Motors (FF) Inc. in a temporary position. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering telephone calls, and performing general office duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to customers and colleagues
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and filing
  • Set up displays of retail parts and accessories
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Advise customers on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Identify, label, and catalogue items received
  • Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use
  • Maintain records on inventory control systems
  • Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies
  • Sell spare and replacement parts to customers
  • Greet customers and direct them to contacts or service areas
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
