Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at TEGH HOLDINGS LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Establish work schedules and coordinate activities with other departments.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Hotel, motel, or resort experience.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with a focus on client satisfaction.

Work Schedule:
