Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at TEGH HOLDINGS LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our facilities are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist housekeeping staff in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability and a client-focused approach.
Work Environment
