We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Lead to join our team at TEGH HOLDINGS LTD. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that tasks are completed on time

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
