About the Role

F.D. Food Service LTD is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, implementing administrative procedures, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Procedure Implementation: Implement new administrative procedures and ensure that existing procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee and coordinate payroll administration.
  • Budget Planning: Plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 people.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Security and Safety: Must undergo a criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, time management, and team player.
