Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Scheduling
    • Develop and manage project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
    • Coordinate with clients, engineers, and field staff to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Project Administration
    • Manage project documentation, including drawing revisions, RFIs, and product submittals.
    • Ensure accurate and timely communication with field staff and stakeholders.
  • Cost Management
    • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
    • Identify and mitigate potential cost risks and issues.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, and field staff.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Completion of a Construction Management diploma or Engineering degree preferred.
    • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent project planning, coordination, and execution skills.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
