About the Role

Citation Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR services to our clients across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute various HR-focused projects for clients, including policy development, audits, training, and HR programs.
  • Participate in project fulfillment, conducting initial welcome and follow-up calls, and supporting delivery of projects to scope and within timelines.
  • Collaborate with project leads to discuss project specifications and expectations.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by completing assigned projects in line with established guidelines.
  • Conduct calls with clients to collect information and explain various consulting services.
  • Complete necessary tracking and reporting of project status and departmental goals.
Requirements
  • You are an HR professional with a bachelor's degree, diploma, or graduate certificate in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in human resources.
  • You are a strong communicator with a keen ability to engage clients, establish relationships, manage expectations, and make professional connections quickly.
  • You have strong administrative skills and are competent in Microsoft products, including Excel, and SharePoint.
  • You are organized and able to effectively manage time, especially in the face of competing demands.
  • You have exposure to or have assisted with researching and developing human resources programs, policies, and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • You have your CHRP designation.
  • You are familiar with Salesforce, Jira, Articulate (Including Storyline and Presenter).
  • You have experience working within multiple jurisdictions.
  • You have experience working in the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry.
  • You are fluent in French.
