Gas Installation Specialist

SINGH AIR SYSTEM DESIGNER AND SERVICES is seeking a skilled Gas Installation Specialist to join our team. As a Gas Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing gas heating units and their components, measuring and marking reference points for installation of gas lines and equipment, and servicing gas heating units and their components.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of gas safety and be able to work independently. You will be responsible for attending to gas escape calls, installing and maintaining meters and regulators and gas lines between gas unit and gas meter, and repairing and servicing gas appliances and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install gas heating units and their components
  • Measure and mark reference points for installation of gas lines and equipment
  • Service gas heating units and their components
  • Attend to gas escape calls
  • Install and maintain meters and regulators and gas lines between gas unit and gas meter
  • Repair and service gas appliances and related equipment

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the gas industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of gas safety

Working Conditions:

  • 40 hours per week
