Business Development Executive

Job Description:
- This role is focused on managing a portfolio of high-value small business relationships, driving growth and retention through relationship-building and providing comprehensive advice to clients.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess excellent business development skills, have a strong understanding of the small business market, and be proficient in financial statements, risk management policies, and legal documentation.
Key responsibilities include developing relationships with Centres of Influence, partnering with fellow advisors to create a customer-centric environment, and proactively engaging with new and existing clients to build strong, ongoing relationships.
Requirements
- Results-oriented attitude with sound knowledge of the small business market.
- Excellent business development techniques and proficiency in small business legal structures and life cycles.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with others.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Education in a business-related discipline or equivalent work experience as a small business owner.
