Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Collingwood Insurance Centre Inc.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of administrative principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, managing calendars and diaries with precision
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages, providing exceptional customer service
  • Answer electronic enquiries, responding promptly and professionally
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information, analyzing and presenting findings to inform business decisions
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring efficient operations and minimal disruptions
  • Greet clients and visitors, directing them to relevant contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring secure and organized storage of sensitive documents
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail
Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
