Job Title: Supervisor of Data Entry Clerks

At Usman Distribution Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor of Data Entry Clerks to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our data entry clerks, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and supervise data entry clerks in duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Coordinate and assign work to data entry clerks
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong technical skills, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Experience with Quick Books
