We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerks Supervisor to join our team at Usman Distribution Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our data entry team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and supervise data entry staff in duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit reports on data entry performance
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Coordinate and assign work tasks to team members
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Consult with clients to provide ongoing support and establish strong relationships

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and QuickBooks
