Job Title: Data Entry Clerks Supervisor

At Usman Distribution Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Entry Clerks Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our data entry clerks and ensuring the smooth operation of our data management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train: Train and supervise data entry clerks in their duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks efficiently.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on data entry performance, productivity, and quality, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, and establish work schedules and procedures.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Possess strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Quick Books.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to multitask.

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
