Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KFC. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast food outlet, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food
  • Operations and Administration
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food outlet or restaurant
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
