Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen, Pas. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and they leave the restaurant satisfied.
- Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as hire and manage food service staff to ensure that our team is well-equipped to provide excellent service.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and prepare and submit reports to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and physically demanding
- Personal Qualities: Client focus, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability
