About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen, Pas. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job duties and performance expectations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Oversee the preparation and presentation of our food, ensuring that it meets our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that we have adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help them develop their skills and performance.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and staff performance, and maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and physically demanding
  • Personal Qualities: Client focus, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability
