About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Arokaya Healing Wellness Centre Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for handling emergency situations that may arise in the spa.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal spa operations.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical advice and guidance to staff on best practices for spa operations, productivity, and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of spa staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of service delivery.
  • Operational Planning: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless spa operations.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced spa environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
