Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Arokaya Healing Wellness Centre Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.
  • Procure and manage the necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to staff, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing measures to increase productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our spa team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures, ensuring that our spa operates smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of communication.
  • 35 hours of work per week.
