About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Arokaya Healing Wellness Centre Ltd. As a key member of our spa operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for handling emergency situations that may arise in the spa.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal spa operations.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of spa staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train new staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of service delivery.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient spa operations.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Language and Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, management, and clients in English, the primary language of our spa operations.
  • Work Hours and Schedule: Work a regular schedule of 35 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing spa needs.
