About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Arokaya Healing Wellness Centre Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing timely and effective support to our clients and staff.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, ensuring accurate and timely information is shared with management.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Staff Development and Training: Provide technical guidance and training to staff, focusing on improving productivity and product quality.
  • Workforce Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our spa staff, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Workplace Safety and Compliance: Establish and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
