Senior Marketing Associate

Join Stryker Canada ULC as a Senior Marketing Associate and take on a challenging role that will drive the marketing of the Injury Prevention portfolio in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a marketing plan and executing tactics that drive business results. You will also support our greater Medical Marketing team in Canada by owning territory assessments across Acute Care, Sage, and Emergency Care, and will have responsibilities for our collateral sharing platform, Highspot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage sales support through education of the sales team on the current product portfolio, problem-solving, tool development, and projects as assigned.
  • Provide support to Brand/Marketing Managers in the development and sales support of one or more marketing segments.
  • Develop, drive, and support national tactics, actions, and campaigns to drive business results.
  • Perform sales and marketing analysis, assist with trade shows, literature development, and presentations.
  • Responsible for product or portfolio targeting and positioning.
  • Gather internal and external market insights to share with stakeholders.
  • Provide sales training, develop roadmaps, and support new product launches.
  • Develop sales tools and drive marketing campaign execution.
  • Direct sales support in the field.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of work experience required.
  • Eligible to work in a healthcare environment and travel to the U.S. required.
