Job Title: Senior Marketing Associate, Sage

As a Senior Marketing Associate for Stryker Canada ULC, you will play a key role in overseeing the marketing of the Injury Prevention portfolio in Canada. Your primary responsibility will be to create a marketing plan and execute on tactics that drive the performance of the Injury Prevention business for Stryker Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage sales support through the education of the sales team on the current product portfolio, problem solving, tool development, and projects as assigned.
  • Provide support to Brand/marketing managers in the development and sales support of one or more marketing segments.
  • Develop, drive, and support national tactics, actions, and campaigns to drive business results.
  • Perform sales and marketing analysis, assist with trade shows, literature development, and presentations.
  • Responsible for product or portfolio's targeting and positioning.
  • Gather internal and external market insights to share with stakeholders.
  • Provide sales training, develop roadmaps, and support new product launches.
  • Develop sales tools and drive marketing campaign execution.
  • Direct sales support in the field.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of work experience required.
  • Eligible to work in a healthcare environment and travel to the U.S required.
