Job Title: Banking and Finance Legal Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking and Finance Legal Advisor to provide expert legal advice and guidance to our organization on banking and finance matters.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-depth legal analysis and advice on banking and finance matters

• Develop and review banking and finance agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

• Stay up-to-date with changes in banking and finance laws and regulations, advising the organization on potential impacts

• Identify and mitigate legal risks and compliance issues

• Represent the organization in banking and finance-related matters, ensuring effective communication and negotiation

• Provide expert advice on banking and finance-related transactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law

• 5+ years of experience in banking and finance law

• In-depth knowledge of banking and finance laws and regulations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
