Labour Law Specialist Opportunity at Shared Health

We are seeking a highly skilled Labour Law Specialist to join our team at Shared Health. As a Labour Law Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in unionized environments, providing expert advice on labour law matters, and contributing to the development of strategic plans and risk management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage grievance and arbitration files, providing expert advice and support to clients
  • Support collective bargaining efforts, working closely with clients to negotiate agreements
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans and risk management initiatives, working closely with health system executive leaders
  • Provide expert advice on labour law matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the practice of labour law, supporting clients in unionized environments
  • Strong knowledge of labour law and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
