We are seeking a highly skilled Labour Law Specialist to join our team at Shared Health. As a Labour Law Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in unionized environments, providing expert advice on labour law matters, and contributing to the development of strategic plans and risk management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage grievance and arbitration files, providing expert advice and support to clients
  • Support collective bargaining efforts, working closely with clients to negotiate agreements and resolve disputes

Requirements:
