Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Canadian 2 for 1 Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation
Oversee the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to our high standards.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to our staff on food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Quality Control and AssuranceEnsure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that our inventory is always up-to-date.
Food Order SummariesPrepare detailed summaries of food orders for our chef, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
Culinary KnowledgeHave a thorough knowledge of our establishment's culinary genres, ensuring that our menu offerings are always up-to-date and accurate.
Tray Assembly and DeliverySupervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that all dishes are presented to our high standards.
Food Trolley DeliverySupervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that all dishes are delivered to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Work SchedulesEstablish and maintain work schedules for our food preparation staff, ensuring that all shifts are covered and that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Supervision- Team Size
Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members.
