Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Lead Kitchen Team
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our kitchen team at Sajj Shawarma Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and supervising a team of staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement efficient kitchen workflows to meet food preparation and service schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food preparation and presentation.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 32 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
