Food Service Team Lead

Ekdant inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff to ensure seamless service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure we have everything we need to deliver exceptional meals.
- Monitor food quality and service to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
