About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Vans Group Ltd. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of business solutions using information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Solution Development
    • Design and develop information systems business solutions to meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
  • IT Strategy and Policy
    • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of IT resources.
  • Security and Risk Management
    • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to ensure the protection of our clients' information.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing
    • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet our high standards.
    • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
  • Business Analysis and Improvement
    • Collect data to identify areas for improvement within our IT infrastructure and make recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Proven track record of leading IT projects and delivering business solutions.
  • Skills
    • Strong technical skills in IT systems development and implementation.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
