Key Responsibilities
  • Business Solution Development
    • Design and develop information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • IT Strategy and Policy
    • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of IT systems and services.
  • Security and Risk Management
    • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to ensure the protection of our clients' and stakeholders' information.
    • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing
    • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet our high standards.
    • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Business Analysis and Reporting
    • Collect data to identify areas for improvement within our IT infrastructure and develop reports to inform business decisions.
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and status.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong technical skills in IT systems development and implementation.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
