We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Vans Group Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for planning and designing water and waste management systems, conducting technical analyses of survey and field data, and preparing reports.

• Project Planning and Design: Develop construction specifications and procedures, ensure construction plans meet guidelines and specifications of building codes and other regulations, and establish and monitor construction work schedules.
• Technical Analysis and Reporting: Conduct technical analyses of survey and field data for development of topographic, soil, hydrological or other information and prepare reports.
• Client Communication and Research: Confer with clients and other members of the engineering team and conduct research to determine project requirements.
• Material Evaluation and Selection: Evaluate and recommend appropriate building and construction materials.
• Survey and Design Review: Interpret, review and approve survey and civil design work.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in a project management or design role.
• Certifications and Memberships: Registration as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) by a provincial or territorial association.
• Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work 32 hours per week.
