About the Role

Aviso Wealth is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual HR Advisor to join our dynamic People and Culture team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of HR-related services to our internal clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions to various HR-related matters
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned client groups, providing exceptional service and support
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and training of new programs, initiatives, and systems-related processes
  • Oversee document management for HR processes, including new hire packages, employee change forms, performance management, and disability forms
  • Manage HR data in various HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in administration or business, with a focus on HR
  • Minimum 2+ years of HR coordinator/administrator experience
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry is an asset
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to exercise discretion and handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Flexibility to meet changing needs and manage multiple deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
