About the Role

Aviso Wealth is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual HR Advisor to join our People and Culture team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and support to our internal clients, while also contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to internal clients on a range of HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs to support the achievement of business objectives, including talent management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and other stakeholders to identify and address HR-related issues and opportunities.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform HR-related decisions and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in human resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a financial services industry.
  • Fluent communication skills in both English and French.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
