Marketing Operations Director

Paper Street Media, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing Operations to lead the marketing operations team. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead the marketing operations team to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper prioritization of initiatives.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure accurate tracking of costs and performance metrics.
- Develop insightful presentations that summarize key data and identify underlying trends.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing creative operations, production, and/or project management, preferably at an entertainment studio, network, or agency.
- Experience managing and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- Fluent in video and digital types and formats while understanding the fundamentals of assets management, servicing, and ad trafficking.
- Knowledgeable of the evolving advertising landscape, including exposure to/experience with digital marketing and media.
