At TEK KLINIK, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience in office administration. They will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, administering policies and procedures, and assisting in the preparation of operating budgets.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records
  • Coordinate and plan for office services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of office administration and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
