Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Martensville. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff in the food preparation area
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations
- Establish work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources
- Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility, including food preparation, service, and maintenance
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
