Food Service Manager

Red Swan Pizza is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- 3-4 direct reports.
- Kitchen and food service helpers.
- Fast-paced environment.
