Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Martensville.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedules
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Physical demands include standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to stand for extended periods.
