Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Martensville. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Reporting and Scheduling: Prepare and submit reports, establishing work schedules to ensure seamless operations.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring excellent time management and organizational skills. You will be standing for extended periods and working under pressure, making this a physically demanding role.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
