Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Property Tours: Provide detailed information about our properties, amenities, and the local community to prospective tenants.
  • Lease Administration: Explain lease terms, assess prospective tenants, and facilitate the lease closing process.
  • Document Management: Complete lease and renewal paperwork according to company standards.
  • Record Keeping: Monitor all inbound traffic and maintain accurate records in our CRM system to track leasing activities.
  • Unit Inspections: Inspect apartment units before showing and occupancy by residents.
  • Leasing Workflow: Review leasing documents and oversee leasing workflow processes.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit leasing reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required.
  • Market Research: Evaluate advertising effectiveness and track client traffic, ensuring timely updates to online advertising.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the Leasing Manager to review marketing plans, leasing strategies, and advertising proposals.
  • Communication: Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants, and other stakeholders.
  • Issue Reporting: Report property issues, leasing objections, and potential liabilities to the Property Manager, along with recommendations for resolution.
  • File Management: Maintain comprehensive resident and office files, ensuring proper documentation at all times.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding renter's insurance.
  • Lease Audits: Monitor month-to-month leases, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research by monitoring competitors and submitting weekly market surveys.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Track work order completion and follow up on warm calls to ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Revenue Management: Participate in revenue management system compliance and weekly meetings, if applicable.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certificate in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in real estate or luxury products.
  • Skills: Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Self-motivated, inquisitive, responsive, and results-oriented. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Language: Fluency in English and French is required, as you will be interacting with clients and stakeholders in both languages.
