Job Summary:

Totem Recruiter is seeking a highly skilled Representative in Property Leasing to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leasing properties and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential clients to lease properties.
  • Conduct research and gather various data related to properties.
  • Presentation and negotiation of lease terms and conditions for offered spaces.
  • Preparation and review of various leasing documents.
  • Coordinate with tenants and supervise construction or renovation work associated with leasing.
  • Ensure the update of databases and sales resources.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders in the leasing process through regular networks and contacts.
  • Develop communication materials such as brochures, manage websites, and social media.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in commercial property leasing
  • Excellent mastery of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Bilingual French and English
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle is required, as some travel is necessary.
  • Previous professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the same industry, is desired.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (an asset)
  • Possession of a commercial real estate agent's license
  • Knowledge of graphic design with software such as Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
