Job Summary

CRUSADERS CARGO CARRIERS is seeking a skilled Truck Driver-Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our transportation team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of goods and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of truck drivers and transportation staff to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Train and Develop staff members to improve their skills and knowledge in transportation management.
  • Monitor and Control the movement of goods and vehicles to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate Repairs and Maintenance of vehicles and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure Health and Safety protocols are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Coordinate Scheduling and planning to meet customer demands and optimize logistics operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
