About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Delivery Drivers to join our team at KUTHALA GROUP INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery process and ensuring that our customers receive their products on time and in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of delivery drivers and ensure that they are equipped with the necessary resources to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Train and Develop the skills of delivery drivers to improve their performance and productivity.
  • Coordinate and Schedule delivery activities to ensure that deadlines are met and customers are satisfied.
  • Ensure Compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage Inventory and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the trucking industry.
  • Personal Suitability:
    • Excellent Oral Communication skills to effectively communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders.
    • Excellent Written Communication skills to prepare reports and documents.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
    • Organized to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Team Player to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
